  • Good service and communication. Removed one star because it was really hard to find even with the directions. They were super helpful when we called though. The location is at the PWC building (not the Union station), up the escalator, and the first doors on the left of the bigger hallway after you exit the escalator and walk through the mini hallway. Search up the PWC building address, I think it’s 18 York St., on the corner of Bremner and York. It’s not a far walk from the Union station. You can see Scotiabank Arena from it. Go inside the building and if you didn’t enter where the escalators are at, find the building’s help/security desk and it’s facing that desk.

  • Drop off was super easy I gave them my QR code and I was in and out in less than 3 minutes! Granted there was no line. However, it’s a small convenience store and the store clerk guy was very welcoming and friendly so I felt like my bags would be safe, and they were!
