Luggage storage Porta Venezia Via Lecco

My name is Isabela and I’m from Brazil. I used the Bounce service, specifically at “Bounce Luggage Storage - Near Porta Venezia,” which is located inside the restaurant-bar Eppol Pie. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, and both check-in and check-out were handled by one of the owners, who was incredibly kind and helpful. It was our first time using Bounce, and the service exceeded our expectations. I can confidently say this is the best luggage storage location in Milan—far superior to the one at the central station. You can arrive with peace of mind and say you were recommended by Isabela—I’m sure you’ll be offered a safe spot and excellent service! And once you’ve dropped off your luggage, be sure to stay and enjoy some food or drinks at Eppol Pie—it’s totally worth it! Brasileiro(a)s, podem confiar!

A nice bar, they are very kind and punctual

We've only used Bounce once previously. That experience, while not bad, was less "comfortable" in that it was a computer repair facility and a bit of a frenetic mess manned by some rather less-than-friendly service folks. Eppol Pie, on the other hand, is a nice restaurant with very helpful, friendly staff. The fact that it was in a familiar, safe neighborhood with ready transit access and also where we stayed in an AirBnB made even more appealing.

Amazing point to drop off the baggage, everything was as good as it should be.

The luggage storage service is offered by a bar located in Via Lecco 4. You have to download the Bounce app in order to purchase the service. As soon as you complete the purchase on the app, just get in the bar and show them the QR Code.

The place was easy to find and the staff were efficient in dealing with us on arrival. Cases were stored securely and we were able to retrieve them quickly on our return.

The person who attended us was very friendly and efficient. To improve, the Bounce service is in a cafeteria and there is no external notice that allows the user to identify it. Or that Bounce informs you at the time of making the reservation to know which location should be located to leave the suitcases.
