The system is very well done. Maybe only thing that could be improved: The visibility of the Bounce service. I had to walk for a while and look very carefully before seeing the Bounce sign. Something bigger would be better.

First time bouncer, great experience. Helpful and felt secure. Can even grab a coffee if you're on the go! Luggage stored in a backroom with lights turned off, but still accessible to the public. Our luggage was returned safe and intact 😁
