Very convenient location just outside the Centrale Station of Milan. The people there are very friendly and helpful, the whole procedure is super easy and fast! We def recommend it and whenever we visit again we will choose this same place which convinetly enough is a very good cafe with good coffee and food!! Super experience!! And to add because i see weird negative reviews... When you make the reservation online you are asked exactly how many bags (and size) and time of drop off and pick up, so if you read what you book, unlike many people as i see it, you ll be totally great!

Convenient location across from the Milan Centrale station, friendly staff, very clean cafe, and the luggage was stored out of sight at the back of the shop-unlike some other locations I've seen where the bags are visible to the public. Would use this spot again.

Polite people, everything is fine, 3 minutes from the central station and we easily got the bus to the airport from there, thank you, there is also coffee to get something to eat before leaving.

Very warm welcome and very professional luggage handling. A code and photo of the luggage with registration number are presented at drop-off and pick-up. Very convenient because it's right across from the central train station. Price: €7.65 per bag for one day.

Easy to find across the street from Milano Centrale. The staff at the cafe were kind and helpful in explaining how to check-in my suitcase.
