Location is not obvious and street was closed. It is underneath a Marshalls dept. Store. Smoke shop is located on first floor. Once found, check in was easy.

Very friendly, even when I called to notify the staff that I would be arriving for pick up right at close. Thank you for being sweet and understanding when I lost track of time and showed up 1 minute before closing.

So easy to book and leave our bags while exploring the area. We had 4 hours to kill before heading to airport and using Bounce was easy and I felt safe that our bags were in good hands while we walked to Bayside. Once we picked up our bags, it was easy to get an Uber to airport. Will use again!

Great place to store bags before a cruise. Just a short walk from Bayside Marketplace. It’s inside the mall, first floor right across from a souvenir shop. The staff was very friendly and check in/out was a breeze!
