Top 10 Bounce luggage storage locations in Miami

This is a great drop-off spot! Our cab from the port waited for us to leave our luggage and then took us to our next destination. We did the same thing in reverse later in the day when we picked up ourluggage and then went to the airport. Service was much more efficient and theluggage appeared to be very secure.It was a welcome convenience to have a batheroom at the location as well, so thank you for that. Lat year we used the Bounce location at Bayside that was upstairs in a luggage store. It was awful! Extremely difficut to get the luggage up to the second floor, luggage was stoed all over the store and did not feel secure, and the proprieters spojke very little English. A permanent ground-level storefont at Bayside right near the cab/trolley stand would be perfect for travelers using the port. Overall a much better experience than last year. I would use again and recommend.

I came into Miami on a layover and needed to have my work laptop delivered here. I arrived at MIA after operating hours. I called the owners and explained my situation that I would not be in a position to pick up my package in the morning during their regular business hours. Carla immediately came from home at 10pm to help me out. And even gave me a ride back to the airport. This was above and beyond and helped me out tremendously. I highly recommend Miami one Rent a car for all services. Thank you again

Very friendly, convenient place. Nobody can see your luggage. He stores it in the back. We even needed to split up when we picked up our luggage and he was kind to accommodate. Great spot if you want to drop your luggage & head to the beach!

They were slow. We booked it for 10am and we waited until 10:45 to be able to give them our luggage. They had customers coming in and they just kept taking them, and we sat there with so many bags just waiting. They knew were there for Bounce as well

We appreciated the timely service and assistance from the store clerk (Sunday 1/7/24) who helped us with wifi and took our bags. This location was pretty convenient to the Miami MetroMover 1st Street stop, less than a block away. It is also convenient to the Coral Way Miami Trolley stop.

This was my second time staying in the area and I wish I knew about this service the first time I was in Miami. This was 100% convenient and accessible. It made my day so much easier and is a great service for professionals and tourists who have a few hours to spare between hotel checkout at 11 and evening departure flights.

So easy to book and leave our bags while exploring the area. We had 4 hours to kill before heading to airport and using Bounce was easy and I felt safe that our bags were in good hands while we walked to Bayside. Once we picked up our bags, it was easy to get an Uber to airport. Will use again!

This was an incredible experience. The young lady was so patient with my lack of tech knowledge and losing my ticket. When I was in town for a surprise party and needed a place to keep extra baggage, decorations, etc., this place helped me stay moving about without extra baggage. I highly recommend this this everyone needing a drop-off so you can move about Miami freely. 20 stars for them !

First time ever using this app and was SUPER simple dropping off and picking up our luggage. Do know that this location is amongst numerous same number street addresses (you’ll know what I mean when you complete the reservation), so it took us a minute to find the shop, but you’ll figure it out. Would definitely book here again when in Miami Beach!

Place owner lady was very kind. Altough she made everything she could do to feel me secure. I would prefer the luggages were kept in a locked room. And your system should have more security checks for getting the luggages back.. the client would have a code or QR code to get the luggages back.
