Staff was great, kind, funny and welcoming, felt super safe leaving my belongings behind while I explored Boston! The process was quick and easy. The shop was super cute as well and easy to locate! 10/10 highly recommend!

the attendant really pushed us to make some sort of purchase when we dropped our bags and when we picked them up. not great, really, as we already were paying for a service. also, i notice the bags were left in plain sight.

The employees at Snacks Express are amazing! The older male employee from Egypt was such a saviour! My phone died so I couldn’t access the QR code needed to check out my luggage. He offered to charge my phone, and kept me company while we waited. Such a great experience!

I was rushed to leave my luggage at the store due to the train. I thought it was close to impossible because it was Thanksgiving, but I was able to leave my luggage here with the help of the support team from bounce app. They were so kind to welcome me and I was able to find my luggage very quickly and comfortably when I got it back. It was ok upon arrival, when I tried tonpick up the luggage one person was completely uznawane of the procedurę and was not sure if he can give me the long Hagę, how was the payment done, if he has to Prints sth and at the end he was still not sure if i can take the suitcase. Luckily there was a very competent Girl who just told him to give me the suitcase. For a moment I felt like im not going to get my luggage back

It wasn’t an issue for me, but the stairs at the entrance would definitely be an issue for older folks or anyone with mobility challenges so it should be made clear if the accessibility elevator is available for use

Hassle free and fast service.

Private gym access through a private elevator. We felt very safe leaving our bags with them. We were dropped off by an Uber and the nice door man across the street even helped us with our baggage. Clean location just across from the train station. We had to check out of our hotel by 10 AM but wanted to spend more time in the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I highly suggest this location.

This location was extremely convenient because it was so close to the airport shuttle. We dropped off our luggage in the morning, walked to the station for about 15 minutes, took the blue line to downtown and arrived in less than 10 minutes. Friendly staff. Will definitely be using this location in the future.

This is the UPS store on Tremont across from Tatte by Boston Commons. They generate a sticker with a code that they put on your luggage and then give you a receipt with the same code on it. This is so much more professional and secure than other places on this app. They also store your luggage away in a back area that only the employees have access to.

Left items out in the open though it appeared there was staff that could monitor. They helped lift heavy bags because the location was downstairs.

So glad I found this place! A few minutes walk from the north station. The staff was friendly and let us use their restrooms. Our luggage was kept behind the reception desk for the day. Overall, I would use this location again!
