I was rushed to leave my luggage at the store due to the train. I thought it was close to impossible because it was Thanksgiving, but I was able to leave my luggage here with the help of the support team from bounce app. They were so kind to welcome me and I was able to find my luggage very quickly and comfortably when I got it back. It wasn’t an issue for me, but the stairs at the entrance would definitely be an issue for older folks or anyone with mobility challenges so it should be made clear if the accessibility elevator is available for use
