  • Very good service! I would leave my luggage with them again without hesitation. Ps: I sent an email that I need you to read please: I left my jacket when we picked up our luggage from our Bounce reservation. It’s a black jacket K1x trademark. I realized at the airport and I am now on my way home in Spain, Is there any option that you could send me back the jacket to my address in Spain collect? I would really appreciate that.   • Great experience for drop off and pick up. It’s a restaurant, so could also consider grabbing a bite during drop off or pick up. It’s also very close (4 minute or less walk) to TD garden, so we used the location to store our things for an event.

  • It was very easy to leave and retrieve my luggage. There's a separate luggage storage room at the restaurant entrance; it seemed secure, with a closed door, out of sight and away from customer traffic. There was no sign that the luggage had been tampered with. I was very satisfied.

  • No lockers. A stairway. It appeared to be sketchy. I left my items anyway. Returned and everything was still there. Keep items of value with you or put tracking device and a lock on your bag. I will use them again if necessary. Short 5 minute walk from TD Garden. Can’t beat it for the price if you need to short term storage. The business owner was very nice! I’m very appreciative!!

  • the person who manages the store was very kind and helpful. She did open a half hour late, which left me wondering if I needed to find another place. It was a Saturday and the weather wasn't great though. Most important though, my stuff was all there when I returned to pick it up.
