Luggage storage North Station

Felt incredibly secure leaving bags here. Tag put on luggage and tokens to keep for collection upon return made it all slick and comforting for a day exploring.

What a great location, and very friendly staff to check in the bags. The location was perfect right across from the North station as we came in on train from Maine. Instruction might have helped to direct us to the 2nd floor of the building though.

Dont let the fact that its in a gym or on the 1st floor and accessed a lift put you off. Was a very convenient location and the guys were super friendly. Bags were stored safely and at a reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Easy process! Very helpful to store our luggage and then go explore the city!

Drop off and pick up process was easy as was scheduling and paying online. Location was walkable from our AirBnB.

The reviews here appear to be for various places. Our drop spot was on Friend Street. Quieter street so pretty easy to drop bags off from a cab, although you have to go to the 2nd floor to check in/out. Business is a gym so someone always there. Good transaction.

Never used bounce before, didn’t really get that your dropping your bag with a lovely local shop until we got there! It’s a great idea, super convenient & the guy in F&F was so lovely & helpful!

The guys at this bounce spot were really nice - I felt my luggage was safe and they had a clean bathroom they let me use . I took a taxi from the airport and dropped my luggage off so I could explore on my 7 hour layover , Great location to walk or uber and explore Boston . The hours also worked well because some bounce spots close early around 5 and this one was open later on the day I needed storage .

My backpack was on the chair near the guy at the counter all day. I don’t know if it was a good place to leave it, but I had no choice at the time because I couldn’t go to the Boston Pops concert with my backpack.

Super convenient location for exploring Boston before flying out of Logan.

Shop near the Aquarium metro station. Quick luggage drop-off and pick-up. The shop owner is very friendly.

First time using Bounce anywhere, and this was such a great experience. The staff was super helpful, I felt good about leaving my bag there, and the location and timing for accessing trains out to the airport were great. I will totally use this service again.
