  • This is a great service to offer. The store owner was very polite and professional. This is a great location, very convenient. Rolling our bags across the brick and cobblestone was a bit challenging but worth the effort. Thank you!

  • I visited Boston with my son for a college visit. Since I was planning to stay at a friend’s house, I was looking for a place to store my luggage until the evening. I found this spot and dropped off our bags in the morning. There was a Target right nearby, so it was a very convenient location and a huge help. Installing the app, finding a spot that suited my needs, and completing the payment and reservation process were simple and very easy.

  • I have to give a big shout out to Idea Space and owner, John, who went above & beyond to save the day…and my flight…for me! A misunderstanding led to my bags being left there long past their closing time and John immediately picked up when I called. He drove 25 mins to the location to retrieve my bags AND drove me to the airport so I wouldn’t miss my flight home!! I was incredibly humbled by his professionalism and kindness. Now THAT is customer service!! Thank you again, John! Please use Idea Space for your business and/or personal needs whenever you have the chance and support John…he deserves it!!
