It was an easy process. Convenient location, smooth drop-off and puck-up, and helpful staff.

I used Bounce for the first time on a trip to downtown Boston. I was a little apprehensive having not used it before & leaving my bags but the staff at Flourish & Foundry were fantastic. Truly friendly, helpful & reassuring. Went above & beyond allowing us to use their WiFi as our overseas phone tariffs wouldn’t pick up a signal. A great service right by Faneuil Hall in the heart of the city. Flourish & Foundry is a lovely store too. Thanks guys!

luggage was safe and secure, i returned to my bag several times throughout the day. easy to find and quick uber to Logan. front desk attendee was great -- gave me tons of recommendations to explore across the city.

Easy to use close to Fenway park

Storage was easy, manager was very nice and helped us. Worked great for our carryon bags, backpacks etc. I wouldn’t bring anything too big and unwieldy; there is a small set of stairs to get into the market, and you do have to maneuver through a wine aisle to get to the desk.

Easy access to train station. Easy platform to use. Will use again.

Easy drop-off and pick-up. Perfect for walking around the city without carrying all your luggage.

Felt incredibly secure leaving bags here. Tag put on luggage and tokens to keep for collection upon return made it all slick and comforting for a day exploring.

What a great location, and very friendly staff to check in the bags. The location was perfect right across from the North station as we came in on train from Maine. Instruction might have helped to direct us to the 2nd floor of the building though.

Dont let the fact that its in a gym or on the 1st floor and accessed a lift put you off. Was a very convenient location and the guys were super friendly. Bags were stored safely and at a reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Easy process! Very helpful to store our luggage and then go explore the city!

Drop off and pick up process was easy as was scheduling and paying online. Location was walkable from our AirBnB.

The reviews here appear to be for various places. Our drop spot was on Friend Street. Quieter street so pretty easy to drop bags off from a cab, although you have to go to the 2nd floor to check in/out. Business is a gym so someone always there. Good transaction.

Never used bounce before, didn’t really get that your dropping your bag with a lovely local shop until we got there! It’s a great idea, super convenient & the guy in F&F was so lovely & helpful!
