Luggage storage North Station

Amazing, seamless experience! No notes! Would absolutely use this service again. Made my life wne commute easier.

Easy check in and out. Close to North Station. Allowed us to get another half day of sightseeing in without dragging bags around.

We initially booked another bounce location at a convenience store nearby and they were going to leave our luggage in the aisles of the store. Luckily we were able to book this location and it was great. The location has a locked room that is air conditioned and the gentleman that worked there was very helpful. I highly recommend this location.

Amazing experience, great and friendly staff!

Drop was quick and easy, and our bags were stored in a hidden back storage room. Pick up quick as well. Perfect location to start a day on the Freedom Trail, which starts just across the start in Boston Commons at the visitors center. Bounce is a great service connecting little shops you would never suspect would store your luggage.

If you have a short stay and need somewhere to put your luggage I highly recommend ! The pricing is really reasonable and it’s very easy too ! All the storage places I’ve gone to have been really nice and staff were very welcoming :)

I visited Boston with my son for a college visit. Since I was planning to stay at a friend’s house, I was looking for a place to store my luggage until the evening. I found this spot and dropped off our bags in the morning. There was a Target right nearby, so it was a very convenient location and a huge help. Installing the app, finding a spot that suited my needs, and completing the payment and reservation process were simple and very easy.

I have to give a big shout out to Idea Space and owner, John, who went above & beyond to save the day…and my flight…for me! A misunderstanding led to my bags being left there long past their closing time and John immediately picked up when I called. He drove 25 mins to the location to retrieve my bags AND drove me to the airport so I wouldn’t miss my flight home!! I was incredibly humbled by his professionalism and kindness. Now THAT is customer service!! Thank you again, John! Please use Idea Space for your business and/or personal needs whenever you have the chance and support John…he deserves it!!
