Making the reservation online was an easy process. We were able to drop our bags off early (had to show our reservation confirmation email) and pick them up early. From start to finish, the experience was smooth. The employees at the 7-11 were knowledgeable about the process and took great care of our bags. We even received a credit for the bag that we didn't have (I wasn't sure on the amount of luggage we would have when the reservation was made). Bounce is a great service if you have a late flight and want to tour a new place!
