Easy, safe and fast!

Quick service, bags were in a secure back store room. Would use them again!

Making the reservation online was an easy process. We were able to drop our bags off early (had to show our reservation confirmation email) and pick them up early. From start to finish, the experience was smooth. The employees at the 7-11 were knowledgeable about the process and took great care of our bags. We even received a credit for the bag that we didn't have (I wasn't sure on the amount of luggage we would have when the reservation was made). Bounce is a great service if you have a late flight and want to tour a new place!

This was my first time using bounce. The staff was very accommodating to our large group with luggage, and very carefully checked all tags to make sure that everything was properly returned to us and remaining luggage was safe. I would leave my luggage here again.

After getting off a cruise ship, we had 8 hours before our flight home…that’s another whole day of touring! But what to do with our luggage? Bounce was the perfect solution! Our group had 18 pieces of luggage. We chose to spend the day near the Paul Revere statue and house in the little Italy section of town. We searched the Bounce app for a location nearby and made a reservation. It was so easy. The attendants at the store were quick to accommodate us when we arrived with all 18 pieces of luggage! They quickly tagged and securely stored our luggage, and after our day of touring, the pick-up process was just as smooth. Whoever came up with the idea for Bounce is a genius! So convenient, and a great way for small stores to get a little extra income! Thank you Bounce for making it possible for us to stow our luggage and squeeze in another day of touring!

Great service and easy way to store our luggage while we explored Boston.

The place was very easy to find and as soon as we got there, we were able to check in our luggage. We were given a ticket for each bag and on our return just gave this at the counter and collected our luggage. The reservation on line was also so easy and straightforward. I would definitely use again,

Very convenient location and the shop felt safe to leave our bags in - they had a secure room and gave us a tag for each bag. The street beside it was easy for Lyft to pull in and unload our bags. Would use again.
