It wasn’t an issue for me, but the stairs at the entrance would definitely be an issue for older folks or anyone with mobility challenges so it should be made clear if the accessibility elevator is available for use

Great location and service

Stairs were steep to get to their reception area where our luggage was held. They came and carried the luggage down for us, then back up the stairs when we arrived to pick up. No issues.

This was such a convenience for us and I had only learned of this service just a few weeks ago. The location of the Athletic Club to both the downtown core and the Aquarium T stop is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. Worked out well. They were open at 6AM which was ideal for me. My bag was able to be left there all day while I literally walked a marathon around Boston.

Stored my laggage to spend time in Boston before heading to the airport. Near the hop on hop off tour stop and 5mins walk to Aquarium T station.

You guys were awesome. It was a Saturday, so the hours were a bit limited, but this made clear and it wasn't an issue. Staff was very friendly, and this service didn't feel like an imposition, though I'm sure it's a bit of a pain.
