Luggage storage Atlantic Ave

This is an amazing service. The staff at the athletic club on Atlantic was super friendly. I had no idea this type of service existed but it made our exploration of Boston possible because we could have never walked the city with our huge luggage.

Drop off was easy, only down side is having to carry the suitcases down a flight of stairs, so if you use this place keep that in mind but was not an issue for me and the staff carried one of my bags up for me on the way out. All in all a very convenient location with very helpful and pleasant staff.

This was my first time using Bounce. It was very quick and easy. I would definitely use this location and the Bounce app again. 

Drop off and pick up was easy and fast. You will need to walk down some stairs to the lower level with your luggage though.

The process was easy and the bags were kept behind the front desk which is attended the entire time.

It’s in the gym in case you were wondering. It was easy and didn’t have anything to worry about. Would definitely use again.

Helpful kind staff! There are stairs you have to carry bags down for storage behind the desk. The bags are not locked up but monitored by front desk attendant. We had a great experience.
