It was a super easy process and the front desk guys were so nice! I just showed them my confirmation and they stored the luggage behind the desk. I felt really good about keeping my stuff there. You do have to bring your stuff down some stairs so just a heads up

Excellent communication with the staff and friendly.

The staff were super helpful in carrying bags down stairs and offering things like a bathroom, water, and confirming when we would pick up the bags and when the close.

Easy-to-access location for North Boston, super friendly staff, and extremely easy drop off and pick up with no hassle. You will need to carry luggage down a small flight of stairs though.

Bags were accepted and returned quickly, kept safe under constant watch and the rep was so pleasant.

Amazing service...Taxi dropped us right at the door...We popped our cases in a lift in the shop and off we went..We didnt need to drag our cases round for hours before our flight back to Scotland and very reasonable

Very professional and polite. When we came to pick up, luggage was lying on the counter behind the desk. Not locked up per se, but you had to go through the counter to reach them and an employee was there. All contents were safe and sound. Would definitely use again.

Easy location to store our luggage for the time between checking out and going to the airport. They are downstairs 1 level, but there appears to be a working lift for those who need assistance. Nice front desk person, and a bathroom was available to change clothes and use.

The storage facility is excellent, and the location is right by the Boston waterfront. The assistant even helped us carried the luggage down one flight of stairs.

Had a 10-hour layover at Logan airport so took an Uber into Boston to do some exploring. This was a perfect location to drop our bags and walk along the harbour for lunch and sightseeing. Easy collection of bags and catching an Uber back. Would def recommend this location. Kindly let us refill our water bottles too.

This was a great experience! It worked out perfectly. The location was fantastic if wanting to walk the Freedom Trail or just around the city & the harbor. The location is inside a small sports club (gym). It was very clean and we felt very safe leaving our bags behind the counter with the employee who would monitor the whole time. The process was quick and seamless. There is a small set of stairs as soon as you enter that you have to walk down to get to the front desk, but nothing crazy unless yours bags are extremely heavy. I would highly recommend this location!
