What a great service! We used them at 2 locations while visiting Boston. It was so easy to reserve the spots and convenient to find them within walking distance of the Harbor and Aquarium. We travel a LOT so we will be repeat customers!!

Super convenient! Everything went flawlessly, drop off and pickup were both quick, and the staff was very friendly.

This was a great experience! It worked out perfectly. The location was fantastic if wanting to walk the Freedom Trail or just around the city & the harbor. The location is inside a small sports club (gym). It was very clean and we felt very safe leaving our bags behind the counter with the employee who would monitor the whole time. The process was quick and seamless. There is a small set of stairs as soon as you enter that you have to walk down to get to the front desk, but nothing crazy unless yours bags are extremely heavy. I would highly recommend this location!

This is an amazing service. The staff at the athletic club on Atlantic was super friendly. I had no idea this type of service existed but it made our exploration of Boston possible because we could have never walked the city with our huge luggage.

Drop off was easy, only down side is having to carry the suitcases down a flight of stairs, so if you use this place keep that in mind but was not an issue for me and the staff carried one of my bags up for me on the way out. All in all a very convenient location with very helpful and pleasant staff.

This was my first time using Bounce. It was very quick and easy. I would definitely use this location and the Bounce app again. 

Drop off and pick up was easy and fast. You will need to walk down some stairs to the lower level with your luggage though.

The process was easy and the bags were kept behind the front desk which is attended the entire time.

First time using service! Seamless and extremely helpful between checking of a hotel and having an evening flight. Not married to your bags and able to travel the city for a few hours.
