Helpful kind staff! There are stairs you have to carry bags down for storage behind the desk. The bags are not locked up but monitored by front desk attendant. We had a great experience.

It wasn’t an issue for me, but the stairs at the entrance would definitely be an issue for older folks or anyone with mobility challenges so it should be made clear if the accessibility elevator is available for use

Stairs were steep to get to their reception area where our luggage was held. They came and carried the luggage down for us, then back up the stairs when we arrived to pick up. No issues.
