Luggage storage Park Street

Stored my bags here for a few hours while i explored the city. Great location and easy drop off and pick up.

Good service and luggage was alright!

The folks at the Park St location in Boston were pleasant, helpful and efficient. Thanks

Was great to have a clean, secure place to store our luggage while we did some sightseeing prior to our flight

I was hesitant at first reading some of the reviews, so in preparation, we brought our cable and TSA lock to tie our bags together for added security just to ease my mind. The store is small, but the staff was very friendly and took us to the back where they had a closet. Asked who we booked through and to take a picture of our bags. We didn't need to tie our bags and the lady wasn't offended, she actually was pleasant and said whatever you want to do to feel comfortable. When we returned, it was a different person and he asked who we booked through before opening the closet. I showed him our picture of our luggage and we were on our way. I would utilize this location again.

Great location, friendly staff, and it was easy to drop off and pick up.

Great location. Easy drop off and pick up!

Worked perfectly. Fast and friendly service :)

Close to our location, quick in and out. Met our needs

Excellent location, next to the metro. Great service.

Easy drop off and pick up located right next door to our rental. Friendly staff inside a fun souvenir shop.

So easy. The people that work at underground express were so nice. Great and they made it so easy for drop off and pick up

Very smooth process. Our luggage was locked away and they made us take a picture of them. When we picked they wanted to see the picture.

Sweet family and a nice young lady took extra good care of our luggage. She was very professional and did a great job!

Smooth, friendly service. The luggage was stored in a locked closet in the back of the establishment.

Easy. Helpful. All things we needed on our last day in Boston.

Most convenient place to store luggage’s when my friends arrived earlier than us when we travelled together.

Very friendly people to work with. Quick and helpful!

Easy drop off and pick up. Friendly staff.

Staff was very friendly. Luggage was securely stored and locked away.

So nice and easy! All my items were completely safe.

My experience and my location (31 Winter Street, Boston MA) was easy and great. The people were helpful. I would recommend them and use it again.

Excellent serive from Bounce in Winter Place / Street, Boston. We've never used a luggage storage before but will defo use again. Easy to find and right downtown for easy transport links into city and later, in to the airport, helpful friendly staff. We were asked to take a photo of our bags where we left them to prove they were ours when we returned to collect...felt v safe and secure.

Great location right by the park and several freedom trail stops. Owner was very friendly.

I really liked the fact that the lady at the counter triple checked i was grabbing my property and not anyone elses.

Super safe, super nice people and it was open on a Sunday. Would highly recommend it

The location was perfect, just steps away from our lodging. Check in was quick and our luggage was ready for us at pickup!
