Bounce is such a genius idea! We flew into Boston but our vacation destination was still more than an hour away. Bounce made it possible to drop off our luggage and allow us to walk the freedom trail. The location we picked was open on Sunday and until 7pm which was more than enough time for us. This luggage storage location worked out perfectly for us. We jumped off the T at the Park station and Bounce was about a 2-minute walk. Very convenient while touring around the city.

Very friendly staff and the store is in the very center of Boston. Easy access and near to the transports. Felt it was truly safe to leave the bags at the store. Drop off and pick-up very easy going and a nice opportunity to have a chit-chat with the staff. I recommend Bounce 100%.

It was nice that the store was open on Sunday compared to other locations. As others said there’s no door to the room but the staff did a reasonably good job verifying with photos people look only their own bags

very good I made the reservation online. I left 4 suitcases for one day. All $30 with a 10% discount for being the first to reserve.

This service of leaving our luggage is so wonderful and convenient! The staff at “underground express” was extremely friendly! We were able to leave suitcases & tote bags and feel that they were safe! This T-shirt shop also had good deals on everything! I got a great Boston ball cap! Plus, they were located literally one door away from our “Conrad” AirBnB condo!

This was my first experience with Bounce, and it was great. Dropoff was smooth, and pickup was even smoother when May recognized us walking in. The location was so convenient. We were even able to check on our luggage and add one more piece before the final pickup. May made everything easy and enjoyable.
