The receptionist were super nice. On the way out the lady helped me with one of my luggages, which, I am thankful for the thought, but she dropped it twice and now the retractable handle is broken

Store opened late and our bags were not secure. Sat out in the store iwith customer access throughout the day.

The bag was left on public souvenir shop floor. Tgere were tens of bags everywhere where piblic shoppers could simply go to bag

No issues. Easily dropped off/ picked up luggage and even able to add a back pack at additional cost with no issues.

They should ask for the photo of the suitcase. I or anyone could have walked out with possibly anything from the storage room.

I saw a bunch of reviews stating that the security is a bit light etc. My experience was the same. The folks in the shop were super friendly and helpful, had me take a photo of my luggage when I left it in the back room and then I had to show it when I collected. But the back room is accessible by random shop customers. It would feel better if there was a locked area or something like that. Nevertheless, overall a good experience.

Could have a better accountability process such as labeling the suitcases with a reservation number. Did not have an explicit issue but it didn’t seem accountability was very tight

Luggage left out in the store where anyone off the street could access it, in amongst merchandise that people would want to look at; my luggage was not stolen but the set up felt extremely insecure

Awesome! Quick and easy

Suitcases are stored in an area that everyone has access to. If the store cashier is not paying attention for a moment, someone could get into the bags and/or walk out with someone else's belongings. We also only had to show a picture of our bags, and the store employee let us go back and get them ourselves and hardly looked at us as we left.

most locations were closed on July 4, but this one was one of the few opening.
