Easy Drop off and Pick up. Prices are very reasonable and the people working there are very friendly. Felt safe dropping my bags off there.

Picked up bags around 2.30 pm. Received email at 3.30 pm to confirm I have picked up. Tried to reply to email but could not get connection. I have picked up my bags so I do not expect to see extra charges

The store asked for my reservation pin # when I arrived which made me feel more comfortable about the legitimacy of it all (it was my first time so I was a bit nervous to leave my things). When I went back for pick up at the scheduled time, the man had my bag all ready for me, so I was in and out of the store in under a minute. Thank you for a great first experience with luggage storage!
