  • I was very pleased to meet Mai who was extremely helpful to me after I finished the Boston Marathon. She not only took care of my backpack during the race but she allowed me to charge my phone and provided a bathroom for me to change after the race. I also enjoyed speaking to her about Vietnamese food! What a nice way to relax after a long run! Thanks Mai!

  • Super friendly, my stuff was safe and secure, when I came to pick up my luggage I was feeling sick and my cab driver went inside to retrieve my luggage, not only did the counter woman at the laundry/Bounce location help carry the bags out but she also wouldn’t release the baggage until she confirmed it was indeed me in the cab…great service
