  • So far I haven't had issues. No one stole the bags, though it would technically be possible but not likely. I used them 2 or 3 times and it's always been very smooth and easy.

  • Staff was great. We showed up with bags, they asked for the confirmation number, and the locked them in the back for us. Super quick. We even had to run back and grab something from a bag 5 minutes after dropping it off and they let us get it and re-locked them back up.

  • The place is very simple. The suitcases aren't kept in locked lockers. They also don't provide seals. But nobody touched the suitcases. Everything went smoothly.

Bag storage near Boston Common and Park Street station

Recommended for: leisure tourists, day trippers, international visitors.

Park Street station sits right at the corner of Boston Common, and it's been there since 1897. One of the oldest subway stops in the country, actually. Travelers arriving via the Red or Green Line often find themselves stuck with luggage before their hotel check in opens. Dragging a suitcase up the cobblestones toward the State House or through the Public Garden isn't fun. The Beacon Hill location on Bounce opens early, which helps if you're catching an early train in. With 260+ reviews and a rating near 4.8, travelers seem to trust it. Bag storage near Boston Common lets visitors walk the Freedom Trail, snap photos at the Robert Gould Shaw Memorial, or grab coffee on Tremont Street without lugging everything around. Prices start from $2.25. For international travelers used to left luggage at train stations in Europe, this setup works the same way. Drop bags, explore, pick up before departure.

Luggage lockers near Massachusetts General Hospital

Recommended for: hospital visitors, patient families, commuters.

Massachusetts General Hospital sits directly across from Charles/MGH station on the Red Line. Families traveling from out of town for appointments or admissions often arrive with overnight bags. Security at medical buildings can be strict about what you bring inside. And waiting rooms are cramped enough without extra stuff. The Charles/MGH stop is elevated above Charles Circle, so you get a nice view of the river when exiting. But the walk to the hospital entrance on Fruit Street takes just a few minutes. Luggage lockers nearby mean caregivers can move freely between appointments, cafeterias, and waiting areas. Each booking through Bounce includes $10,000 protection. Pickup times are flexible, which matters when hospital schedules run unpredictably. The station also connects visitors heading to the Charles River Esplanade or Beacon Hill for a break between appointments.

Left luggage options for State House visitors on Beacon Hill

Recommended for: government visitors, tourists on freedom trail tours, civic visitors.

The Massachusetts State House crowns Beacon Hill at 24 Beacon Street, right where the golden dome catches sunlight from across the Common. Tours run weekdays from 10am to 3:30pm, free of charge. But here's the thing. Security screening at the entrance means large bags can slow you down or get flagged. Visitors attending hearings, meetings, or just exploring the historic chambers often need somewhere close to leave belongings. Left luggage services work similarly here to what UK and European travelers expect at major stations. The building sits a two minute walk from Park Street station, making it easy to drop bags nearby before heading up the hill. Bounce has safely handled thousands of bags across Boston, and the app rating sits at 4.9. Whether you're photographing the Sacred Cod or watching democracy unfold in the House chamber, traveling light makes the experience better.
