Very easy process. Staff were very pleasant.

Drop off and collection was simple, with a raffle type ticket given and they store the bags behind the scenes

I dropped my carry-on bag off here for a Fenway tour, and they made the drop off process so easy! It’s only a 5 minute walk from the stadium too!

Booked just minutes before dropping off our bag and the gentleman was very accommodating. We then remembered that we forgot something and he checked our ticket and allowed us to get it.

Overall good, they didn’t know which bag was mine which was the only negative.

Storage area didn’t seem very secure. Just put the luggage in their office which was barely big enough for our bags. Didn’t shut the door fully after putting our bags inside. Didn’t make us feel very comfortable but it worked out ok.
