Discover Shimbashi Station luggage storage

It was located right outside JR Shinbashi Station, so it was easy to get to even with large luggage, and the staff were very polite and helpful.

This bookstore is located 100 meters from Shimbashi train station, on the third floor of the building. The owner is helpful and friendly.

Location is hard to find. There are no signs and bookstore doesn’t show up on Google maps search. It is upstairs on the 3rd floor at a bookstore. The 2nd and 3rd floor of the building is very empty — lots of closed down shops so it doesn’t look right, but it is. Bookstore is next to a Cattle Yard cafe. Otherwise no issues.

More “luggage storage here” signage outside your office would be helpful, thank you so much!!

The front desk agents were very accommodating and courteous even though they spoke minimal English. They were icing on the cake to my Japn trip :)
