Friendly staff, easy drop off and pick up

Since I had an evening flight, I was looking for a place to leave my luggage, and luckily, this place was right near my accommodation, so I was able to use it conveniently. Check-in was very easy, and because it was a safe place, I felt at ease and was able to complete the rest of my journey.

Simple drop off and pickup, storage was in a locker behind a locked door with a code.

Friendly, Helpful, they were happy to help.

Surprisingly well! They were so helpful and gave me a lot of extra tips and information. If you need to drop off your suitcases for a few days while going to mexico, this store is 3 minutes from the America Plaza where you can take the trolly to the San Ysidro border. Drop off and pickup process was easy and seamless and they were ready to assist quickly once I showed up.

It was a little confusing as the address for what we thought would be called "Bounce" was Taste of the Himalayas restaurant (which was cute and near the ocean and smelled amazing; we wished we had time to eat there, honestly!). A small sticker (similar to a "We take VISA"-type sticker) in the window with the Bounce logo would be supremely helpful. So definitely a 'homemade' type setup but it the gentleman was friendly asked for our QR code, scanned it, and took our luggage away and let us know they were open until 8:30 and to return before then. For $20 to have a safe place to leave our heavy backpacks while we walked around La Jolla and the beach for the afternoon was nice and much appreciated. I'd just suggest more info on what to look for upon arrival and providing locations with a Bounce sticker for their window so you know you're in the right place. Thanks!

Staff was really easy to work with and made the entire process very easy. We had to drop off, change, and come back which was accommodated with no issue. We left the bags for the majority of the day and explored beautiful San Diego. Came back, picked up, and hopped on a train to our final destination. Really great experience and would recommend to anyone inquiring.

The location is very convenient, very close to the Santa Fe Depot and the Coronado Ferry. The staff was very helpful. I will definitely use this location again.
