There was no one there when I arrived but eventually someone let us in

We didn’t realize this was just the back room of a liquor store. Our belongings were accounted for but didn’t feel as secure as we expected when booking.

They were very friendly and fast to store the luggage. It was my first time using bounce so i was nervous but after meeting the person working there, I was not worried at all.

Storage worked out fine, but the staff member at the store had no clue how to verify that I had booked and paid and spoke hardly any English, while I didn't speak their language, so we couldn't troubleshoot together. I wasted a full half hour trying to cancel my booking, make a new booking, download the app, try to make my purchase show up in the app, just so I could prove to them that I had booked and paid. In the end, it turns out the booking code I showed them at the very beginning was all they needed.
