Host was super friendly and there were no issues with drop off or pick up. Great locations and reasonable price! Will use again if we’re back in the area. Minor confusion with the address so we were dropped off by our Uber several blocks away. But no fault to the host. She’s had the same address for 30 years but there is a new 501 address and neither have a direction in the address. Make sure it’s the intersection explained in her detailed description.

google and Apple Maps will try to take you to 501 WEST broadway instead of 501 broadway. This is a bit confusing as they are only a few blocks apart.

It is actually inside a Fried Chicken restaurant, but the hostess is really really nice

The lady who stored our bags was lovely, room felt secure and easy to find. Make sure you go to 5th avenue and Broadway / Great Wall Express, the address was wrong
