First time using Bounce and absolutely happy with it. "The Emergency Room" (name of establishment working with Bounce) was the perfect choice. My check out at the inn I was staying at was at 11am and departure wasn't until 10pm and I didn't want to have to lug around all my bags. "The Emergency Room" employees/owners/workers were all amazing. They explained everything and made me feel at ease leaving my belongings there. The process was pretty simple show your QR code, they tag your bags, take a picture of tag numbers, and you're set. When picking up give your tag numbers, scan your OR code and get your bags. If you're in the San Diego area I highly recommend The Emergency Room. Their service was top tier

Very friendly and well protected

Both dropping them off and picking them up was very easy. The staff was very friendly and explained everything clearly, and it was a big plus that the person who received them when I arrived also spoke Spanish because this was my first time using bounce 100% recommended.

Easy process, staff helpful

Friendly staff. Above all, they returned my luggage in one piece—which is what I expected.

I waa a little leary leaving my luggage in a corner grocery store but the people were very friendly. They had me take a picture of my luggage before they stored it away showing the number ticket they put on them. When I picked them up I showed them the picture and they brought it to me. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

While storing our luggage was fine, the area surrounding the mini mart did not feel safe. There were quite a few homeless people and the streets smelled of urine. Public transportation was close by which added extra foot traffic around the surrounding area.

The service was great and the lady who received the bag was very nice. It was a little confusing to figure out the dropoff at first but rest all went smoothly.

So glad I came across bounce! I dropped off my bag for a total of 7 hours and paid less than $5! Drop off was simple and easy! Pickup was quick and easy as well. Thanks so much!

I wasn’t sure if I was a the right place because here are no signs about this location also being a baggage storage location, but th staff immediately approached me about luggage storage when I walked it. They are probably used to people walking in a little unsure. Very friendly, easy to get to from the airport, and felt like a nice central point for the places I wanted to check out during my layover
