Both dropping them off and picking them up was very easy. The staff was very friendly and explained everything clearly, and it was a big plus that the person who received them when I arrived also spoke Spanish because this was my first time using bounce 100% recommended.

quick and efficient

Unfortunately the hotel we stayed at didn’t have the ability to hold our luggage until check in so they recommended using bounce. I am unfamiliar with bounce but looked into it and read the reviews which were just glowing. I decided to give it a try and it was great! It’s very affordable, the people were great, my luggage was intact and nothing missing. Highly recommend! Thank you East Village Market for making it a good experience (:

Fast and efficient. Great location for a few hrs downtown before a flight. Chinese history museum on same block is tiny but lovely and whiskey bar adjacent has great happy hour.

Staff were very polite and the drop off and pick up process was quick. I did take a photo of our luggage before we walked away just in case the staff had a lot of bags to look through...which did help them identify the luggage.
