Amazing staff, everything went so smooth

I went to another storage luggage place down the street with radical luggage and the location they told me to go to said they had no idea what storage luggage service I was looking for was and sent me away only for the guy to email me to come back hours later. Instead I booked this place with bounce immediately everyone in the market knew what I was talking about and stored my luggage with ease. Thanks!

Unfortunately the hotel we stayed at didn’t have the ability to hold our luggage until check in so they recommended using bounce. I am unfamiliar with bounce but looked into it and read the reviews which were just glowing. I decided to give it a try and it was great! It’s very affordable, the people were great, my luggage was intact and nothing missing. Highly recommend! Thank you East Village Market for making it a good experience (:

Super convenient and easy to find this location, staff was friendly and helpful. All i did was show my booking confirmation email and that was it. He tagged the bags and stored them away. Pickup was just was effortless! 5 stars!
