Great experience and felt very safe leaving all of our luggage there

Great location, drop off was easy, the worker was very kind. Bags felt secure.

Our lodging in San Diego didn’t include any bag storage after check out, we didn’t have a car and our flight out was in the evening. Having a place to safely store our bags for the day was life saving. We were able to save our shoulders and backs from the weight and enjoy water front activities easier. At Cali Sports we met Brandon(?). He was welcoming, reassuring and friendly. He allowed us to bring our bags to the back stock room. We saw where they would be stored as well as other bags there. And the pick up was just as easy. Even chatting about our day. I’d definitely use this service and location again. Next time I would put my name on the bag with a tag or something. As they were carry-ons they didn’t have luggage tags and it felt a little funny not having a tag to prevent any confusion or bag mix up. That is my only thought of improvement to this great service. Thank you!

10/10 experience! Location was great! Right in Seaport Village and close to lots of food and attractions! Staff were super friendly and we instantly felt we could trust them! We were able to physically drop our bags and pick them up rather than handing them off to someone. I appreciated this since we had some fragile items. Everything was easy and seamless. Highly recommend and we plan to use them again when we are in San Diego!

Great place!! The staff was really really nice, they have a locked place for the bags and I felt very comfortable dropping my bag over there. When I got back to pick it up, they were very kind too, I even waited in the lobby for a little while to be picked up. I really recommend this place, is in the heart of downtown San Diego

Surprisingly well! They were so helpful and gave me a lot of extra tips and information. If you need to drop off your suitcases for a few days while going to mexico, this store is 3 minutes from the America Plaza where you can take the trolly to the San Ysidro border. Staff was really easy to work with and made the entire process very easy. We had to drop off, change, and come back which was accommodated with no issue. We left the bags for the majority of the day and explored beautiful San Diego. Came back, picked up, and hopped on a train to our final destination. Really great experience and would recommend to anyone inquiring.

The location is very convenient, very close to the Santa Fe Depot and the Coronado Ferry. The staff was very helpful. I will definitely use this location again.

The location was great right in downtown. The gentleman at the front desk was fantastic and it was a smooth experience dropping off my luggage and also retreiving my luggage. I would totally recommend this place.
