Fairly straightforward process. We arrived around noon, a worker helped us lock up our stuff, and gave us instructions about how to access our bags after hours.

Great communication with staff, even though no one is there to help you out.

If you are from abroad, get ready to make a call to get the door open. Apart from that, everything is easy and safe!

Great place!! The staff was really really nice, they have a locked place for the bags and I felt very comfortable dropping my bag over there. When I got back to pick it up, they were very kind too, I even waited in the lobby for a little while to be picked up. I really recommend this place, is in the heart of downtown San Diego

Fantastic, right by the station so I could go all over during the day, do what I needed to, then head to the station collect by bag when it was time to travel and off you. Game changer, awesome service
