I am a travel agent and was in San Diego for a work conference. I extended my stay for a day so I could cross whale-watching off my bucket list, but had absolutely no idea where I was going to leave my huge suitcase. I just needed something close to the airport. I was definitely skeptical about leaving my bags at a seemingly random corner store, but the guys were great! Bounce is fabulous - so quick and easy! Just get your QR code and drop off your stuff!! I don’t know what I would have done otherwise!!!!

Staff was very friendly and flexible. I mentioned that we might out reservation and the staff preemptively changed our reservation for us. Pickup was fast and easy. The luggage storage is clearly a side business for the market. It was a surprisingly long uphill hike from the port.

I’m so glad I checked the reviews before booking with Bounce. I’ll admit, the picture of the store made me a little apprehensive at first, but the consistently great reviews convinced me to give it a try—and I completely agree with them! Everything was seamless from start to finish. The drop-off was quick and easy, and pickup was just as smooth. It honestly made our day so much easier not having to worry about what to do with our luggage. Another huge plus is how close the location is to the airport, which makes it even more convenient. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend it to anyone needing a hassle-free luggage storage option.

I love that this is an option! It was close enough to Balboa we just dropped our bags off in the morning then walked to the park for the day - then walked back to pick up our bags on our way to the airport. Great service! Friendly gentleman who handled the bags. They do just keep them behind the counter - so I wouldn’t leave anything super valuable - but for just basic luggage I think it’s great!

The store is conveniently located near public transportation, like 10-15 mins from the airport, nice staff. Would recommend.
