Staff was very friendly and flexible. I mentioned that we might out reservation and the staff preemptively changed our reservation for us. Pickup was fast and easy. The luggage storage is clearly a side business for the market. It was a surprisingly long uphill hike from the port.

I’m so glad I checked the reviews before booking with Bounce. I’ll admit, the picture of the store made me a little apprehensive at first, but the consistently great reviews convinced me to give it a try—and I completely agree with them! Everything was seamless from start to finish. The drop-off was quick and easy, and pickup was just as smooth. It honestly made our day so much easier not having to worry about what to do with our luggage. Another huge plus is how close the location is to the airport, which makes it even more convenient. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend it to anyone needing a hassle-free luggage storage option.

I love that this is an option! It was close enough to Balboa we just dropped our bags off in the morning then walked to the park for the day - then walked back to pick up our bags on our way to the airport. Great service! Friendly gentleman who handled the bags. They do just keep them behind the counter - so I wouldn’t leave anything super valuable - but for just basic luggage I think it’s great!

Drop off and pick up were smooth and uneventful. I was quite pleased with how well it worked. I would use them again.

The store is conveniently located near public transportation, like 10-15 mins from the airport, nice staff. Would recommend.

It was easy and conveniently located within walking distance to Balboa Park so we could walk around till we need to go to the airport.

Was on a girls trip and we were very skeptical at first because we had never used this service. We tried it because of other positive reviews, and it worked as a valet service with a QR code and ticket. Our bags were in a locked room all day and we checked and had all of our stuff when leaving.

Great first time experience. Shopkeeper went by the book in collecting our luggage. We arrived back to find it carefully stowed in the back room. Neighborhood was good and safe. Will definitely use Bounce again.

They were very friendly and fast to store the luggage. It was my first time using bounce so i was nervous but after meeting the person working there, I was not worried at all.
