This was a great location to drop my luggage. Since I had several hours to kill, I decided to spend the day at Balboa Park which was only a few blocks from the location. Staff member was gracious, helpful and kind with every customer in her store. I felt confident that my luggage was safe.

The people there were extremely nice and made the process very easy, especially for a first-time user like myself. I had little doubt that my items were secure.
