Super easy place to find and staff was friendly and helpful. Worked out great for our party of six to leave 8 pieces of luggage. Very walkable to Old Town San Diego.

I was served by a surprisingly attentive and responsive girl, I was also able to choose a gift for my mother from the store's assortment and a pleasant bonus I received a discount on my purchases. I also needed to charge my phone, which they kindly helped me with.

At first we were scared, as it was a closed events place, with no one inside. But for our surprise, the luggage was still there when we got back. They give you a number key to enter and then you have to leave your stuff in a room behind some curtains. As for our good experience, we recomend it.
