The guy working at the shop was so kind and helpful. His little dog Pumpkin even came out to greet me and was assigned to "watch my bag" for me. It was very cute. He gave me some great recommendations for where to eat and what to explore while in Old Town. The experience was so smooth and I will definitely use this location again next time I come to San Diego!

Great, smooth experience! Bags were safe and secure while I explored Old Town and hopped on the trolly!! Shop dog, Pumpkin, was a bonus.

Easy to find, quick and friendly

Service was fine. There are 5 steps to get to the store or use the ramp down at the corner of the block (to the right). Process is they put a number on your bag and have you take a picture. You show the picture to retrieve your bag. So, don't lose your phone.
