Great, smooth experience! Bags were safe and secure while I explored Old Town and hopped on the trolly!! Shop dog, Pumpkin, was a bonus.

Easy to find, quick and friendly

Service was fine. There are 5 steps to get to the store or use the ramp down at the corner of the block (to the right). Process is they put a number on your bag and have you take a picture. You show the picture to retrieve your bag. So, don't lose your phone.

I had never used a service like this before, but we were staying in town with an evening flight and had to be out of our Airbnb by 11 AM. We decided to spend the day in old town after I found this service. I felt like it was affordable to drop our four bags for the day and kill some time drinking margaritas and eating amazing food before we left town. The process was easy, the staff was helpful and nothing was damaged or missing from our luggage.

I had a great experience - drop off and pickup were both really easy, and the girl working there (I’m not sure of her name) was very friendly and helpful. She even gave us a couple recommendations for navigating Old Town (plus a map). Which is the other good thing - if you’re looking to do the tourist thing, you couldn’t ask for a better location, since you’re literally already in Old Town. The only tiny difficulty we had was that there are a bunch of businesses at this address and the location (in the CBD store) wasn’t immediately evident - I had duck into one of the other stores and ask - but that wasn’t really much of an issue.

Great service! The location is right near Old Town, which is a fun place to explore and really directly across the street if you go in through the Mexican restaurant. You can also pick up the Old Town Trolley which gives a great tour of the major spots within San Diego where you can jump on and off as you wish to explore. Thanks Bounce!

This was the best decision! I had a 7 hour layover, and instead of being stuck in the airport, I took the free shuttle to Old Town, got the best Mexican food at Cafe Coyote, and got to browse and shop, while my bags were completely secure. The gentleman who helped me at the store was so friendly and kind, and the process could not have been easier. I HIGHLY recommend this service.

Super easy place to find and staff was friendly and helpful. Worked out great for our party of six to leave 8 pieces of luggage. Very walkable to Old Town San Diego.

I was served by a surprisingly attentive and responsive girl, I was also able to choose a gift for my mother from the store's assortment and a pleasant bonus I received a discount on my purchases. I also needed to charge my phone, which they kindly helped me with.
