Super easy place to find and staff was friendly and helpful. Worked out great for our party of six to leave 8 pieces of luggage. Very walkable to Old Town San Diego.

I was served by a surprisingly attentive and responsive girl, I was also able to choose a gift for my mother from the store's assortment and a pleasant bonus I received a discount on my purchases. I also needed to charge my phone, which they kindly helped me with.

Awesome experience! My family and I decided to use the Amtrak to and from Old Town, but we wanted to store our luggage and backpacks after we checked out of our hotel. I found this option very quickly. Our hotel offered free storage, but the Uber back to the hotel and back to the station was way more expensive than the Bounce storage not to mention the time we would have had to set aside for the travel. Very easy to find, even if you aren't using GPS. They have a Bounce sign on the sidewalk, a sign hanging from the building, and a sign in the window. You can't miss it. Just climb the stairs and mention Bounce, you'll be helped straight away. The staff was immediately attentive, and they have a cute little dog that my 9yr old immediately gravitated towards. The check-in process was even faster than the online reservation, which was very convenient since the family was ready to go visit the USS Midway and finish our visit with dinner in Old Town. We were attended to in seconds once we arrived, and our bags were ready immediately. My kids already want to visit San Diego again next year, and I will be using this service again.

Easy to find, a few minutes from the transit center and the guy was super friendly and helpful. Simple system where you number your bags then take a picture.

The only problem was it was hard to find, it’s in a store called SoCal solutions CBD, but I was looking for a bounce sign, and until you book(which I hadn’t yet) it doesn’t tell you the name of the store. But that is not the facilities fault, but a fault of the Bounce website. Otherwise it was great, the owner was friendly and helpful and gave good suggestions on places to walk to and see in old town

Incredibly helpful and cheerful staff on site. The perfect balance of friendly, professional and efficient. He took the time to explain some cool places to check out in the area, provided a map, and made sure that we had the right contact information for the location in case something changed on our end, or we needed to contact them. I was really impressed with the experience overall, and would highly recommend this location as a place to safely and securely store your belongings.

It was so convenient - I had 6 hours to kill so I left my luggage at this location and went exploring Old San Diego. I was lucky because the friendly attendant mentioned that there was a free shuttle to the airport a couple of blocks away - this I didn’t know, it saved me taxi money. I Wii definitely use the service in the future!

The store was easy to find and we were helped right away. Our bags were labled and we were given matching claim tickets. In no time we were able to go off site seeing and, when we returned, were able to quickly claim our luggage and go on our way to the airport. Great service - thanks!

They were very kind.

We arrived earlier than planned so the location was not open - per Google Maps - but the sales clerk noticed we were sitting outside - and assumed we were there for him - so he came out to let us know he was in fact open. His kind move saved us about 30 min of waiting and he had us on our way so we could explore Old Town in less than 5 minutes! And pick up at the end of the day was equally easy and fast!
