I was greeting promptly when I arrived, the service was excellent and it was so easy to leave my bags and not have to carry them around.

Incredibly helpful and cheerful staff on site. The perfect balance of friendly, professional and efficient. He took the time to explain some cool places to check out in the area, provided a map, and made sure that we had the right contact information for the location in case something changed on our end, or we needed to contact them. I was really impressed with the experience overall, and would highly recommend this location as a place to safely and securely store your belongings.

They were very kind.

We arrived earlier than planned so the location was not open - per Google Maps - but the sales clerk noticed we were sitting outside - and assumed we were there for him - so he came out to let us know he was in fact open. His kind move saved us about 30 min of waiting and he had us on our way so we could explore Old Town in less than 5 minutes! And pick up at the end of the day was equally easy and fast!

We walked from the train station and socal solutions cdb kept our luggage safe while we enjoyed old town before checking into our hotel. We had a lot of luggage and they had plenty room. They were very helpful ! There store is adorable. I definitely recommend using this service.

This was a pleasant surprise. On my way to a concert and realized I couldn’t bring my purse into the venue. The establishment was bright and clean. I felt comfortable leaving my belongings in their care and the process couldn’t have been easier.
