  • Very near to Praterstern train station which has direct train to the airport every half hour. Staff friendly and easy to find. Directions took us to the back of the shop so just had to walk round to the front to get access.

  • I was surprised that it was a shop without lockers (unlike our first luggage storage location two days earlier), where the staff took our suitcase. To be honest, I found that a bit odd, but I went ahead with it. Everything worked out fine. Perhaps I didn't read the booking information properly, or maybe the app could describe in more detail exactly how the luggage is stored.
