The two prior locations were closed despite Bounce and the storefront store hours saying they were open. We went to Lucky Present and are so happy we did. They were very efficient, and kind. They tagged our luggage and secured it. They asked about our pick up plans, and provided their business card in case we needed to reach them. I felt very comfortable leaving my bags with them..
