Despite some misunderstanding with the booking (my fault), the gentleman at the shop was helpful in having everything updated. All smooth with the collection. My only note is that is would be great if drop-off was available before 9AM for those travelers arriving early at the station, but I appreciate the dependency on the shops' regular working hours.
