- The location of the storage place is very accessible since it is near the Main Train Station and is highly recommendable since it will keep your luggages in a safe place. The lady is also good.

- Have to admit I only used this service as the lockers in Vienna Hauptbahnhof only took coins, however, it was was excellent and would recommend. Lovely clean and tidy shop, very pleasant young person at the counter, spoke perfect English like everyone seems to in Vienna. Paid €12.30 to leave two large back packs, quite expensive but far better than carrying them around all day, or having to buy something with a Euro note and hope that I get the correct coins to use the lockers. When I come back to Vienna I will use this service and this particular location again without hesitation.

- Great they were really helpful when I had no idea what to do. They helped me with my phone and gave me a hot spot WiFi for my Europe phone so now I can use the phone I had to buy for using in Europe anywhere with WiFi. Plus I can give WiFi to my US phone or my iPad if I want. So it is great. Also their luggage storage is really great too, that is why I went there to start with. They took really nice care of my 2 suitcases. Very trustworthy brothers, my taxi driver knew them from before and he was happy to have found them at their new location. Because they do great phone repair work too.
