Despite some misunderstanding with the booking (my fault), the gentleman at the shop was helpful in having everything updated. All smooth with the collection. If you're unsure, I recommend going there! The nearby lockers (like the one at the station) might not be working or you might have technical issues when returning them (since there's no one there). Here you can rest assured that you'll pick up your suitcase on time and in one piece! ☺️
