Very handy and very easy for our 2 large cases

I checked out the store (location) beforehand, thanks to a user's photo. I found it easily. There's also a sign in front that says "Bounce Luggage Storage." It's a costume shop. I received friendly and helpful assistance, and they even let me quickly bring a flat shopping bag for free. I was able to repack my purchases briefly inside. Excellent service! I'll definitely be back. Thanks!

We felt completely safe leaving our two large suitcases here. The shop is conveniently located right next to the LAB2 bus stop from the airport, making it very easy to reach. At the end of our trip, before heading home, we left our luggage here again, this time overnight, and everything was perfectly safe. The staff member was incredibly kind and friendly, and we felt confident that our belongings were in good hands. We also bought some ice cream when we arrived, and the shop offers other snacks, food, and drinks. Highly recommended!

Bounce is a great convenience to travelers it has a network of locations for short-term storage of luggage all over the world, and in cities they are numerous. There’s an app to locate a location convenient for the user and to book a reservation to store things. The app shows the opening hours and a map, which connects to your favorite navigation app. The brilliant approach taken by Bounce is that they haven’t tried to set up dedicated Bounce storefronts, but instead rely on other shops to provide the space; that’s why you’ve never seen Bounce signs. They really cover cities. Your luggage is insured by Bounce. I’ve used it quite a few times. I deposit my suitcases before check-in time or after checking out of my Airbnb lodging. Much more convenient than lockers at the train station.

The location was convenient and the staff friendly. The dropoff was efficient. However, this storage facility has no lockers, so it didn’t feel super secure / felt risky even though everything went smooth

The location is excellent, just a few minutes from Schwedenplatz. However, the staff wasn't very friendly, telling us our bags were larger than allowed, even though we'd never had this problem before. They also wouldn't let us put our jacket on top of our suitcase, saying it would cost extra. When we picked up our luggage, they didn't ask for the QR code, so it didn't feel very secure.

He was really good and very efficient in the drop off and pick up. Would use again.

Staff was wonderful and kept our bags safe, we are so appreciative to SOCK ATOMICA for starting our vacation off on the right foot!
