So easy to use. The store was a five minute walk from our accommodation. Just handed luggage over, we were given a passcode for booking it in and another,in store, for collection. The member of staff was really friendly and efficient. A great service that meant we weren't dragging our suitcases round Vienna for 5 hours! Pick up later in the day was quick and efficient.
