  • Booking process was easy, but has to be online. Store easy to find and staff very helpful. Cases dropped off efficiently and collected without any issues. Great location with easy access to the CAT train/bus. Would definitely use the service again.

  • The location is excellent, just a few minutes from Schwedenplatz. However, the staff wasn't very friendly, telling us our bags were larger than allowed, even though we'd never had this problem before. They also wouldn't let us put our jacket on top of our suitcase, saying it would cost extra. When we picked up our luggage, they didn't ask for the QR code, so it didn't feel very secure.

  • There were no problems with the booking, the gentleman was attentive, but his mobile phone rang and he kept us on the phone for five minutes talking to whoever it was, and we were completely baffled. The pickup was normal. Just a reminder that it's a mobile phone shop and that luggage is supposed to be stored in the back room; he returned all five bags to us exactly as they were.
