  • There were no problems with the booking, the gentleman was attentive, but his mobile phone rang and he kept us on the phone for five minutes talking to whoever it was, and we were completely baffled. The pickup was normal. Just a reminder that it's a mobile phone shop and that luggage is supposed to be stored in the back room; he returned all five bags to us exactly as they were.
