It was a smooth transaction. I had to take my carry-on downstairs, which it wasn't hard for me. If you suitcase is big, you might be able to leave it at the store level.

After all the luggage lockers at the train station were occupied, we were lucky to find this storage place. The suitcases were simply stored next to other suitcases in the basement of a kiosk, but we were very happy that we didn't have to spend the remaining hours strolling through Vienna with our luggage.
