Everything seems to be fine and fast, the only downside is that it’s not so easy to find at first, but thanks for finding out thanks to Google Maps, otherwise I would have had to go to the center to drop off my things.

The hardest part is to find the deposit boxes because they look like postboxes. However, after following the reviews on Google Maps, we made it. Google Maps also guided us to the online platform to book a box. You do not use the display in the deposit wall; you use only the QR code scanner. The online procedure leads you easily where you need to go step by step.

Convenient location for luggage storage as it's close to the Erdberg international bus station. You need to book in advance online or via the app, choosing the right locker size. Efficient support is available via chat and/or email should you have any issues dropping off or picking up your luggage. I recommend it.

Very convenient, around ten euros for large luggage. The location is a little tricky to find when leaving the train station; you have to go through the passage next to the pharmacy and really go all the way to the end. There are heart-shaped boxes for deliveries like DHL, Amazon, etc., but they also serve as luggage storage.

It was a bit confusing and hard to find the locker at first, but the usage was easy and to the point.

Here is a detailed explanation of what you need to do. The bad reviews are valid but as long as you follow the instructions carefully, you should be fine. The Google maps address is a little big wrong. Once you find the apothecary, just turn and follow it straight into the little plaza and you’ll see the lockers. They look like package/mailing lockers. Once you arrive, I didn’t use an app like some reviews say. I just went to their website (it’s attached to their Google location) and followed the instructions there. It was pretty easy and I left my bag from 8am-5pm. Read each screen on the website very carefully when prompted, if you close your locker at the wrong time, you will have trouble. All it says after you buy it is scan the QR code you received (online and in an email they send you), put your stuff in the locker, and close it. If you forget something in the locker, I think you’ll have to just scan the pickup code to reopen it, and then repurchase the locker. I will say it’s not very error friendly, hence why I give this locker place 4 stars. But as long as you’re careful, you should be fine.

The box was a little hard to find since it was located inside the passageway, but thanks to a picture uploaded in the reviews, I was able to locate it. When I went to pick it up, the lid only opened after scanning the code three times. I was a bit worried when it didn't open the first two times. 😂 Otherwise, everything went smoothly. 👌 Highly recommended service.
