It is inside an electronics store. It is close to the station where you take the train to go to the airport, it is also close to the Prater amusement park. The suitcases and bags remain in an area of the store, which is open to the public. Despite my concerns, everything was in order when we arrived to pick it up.

Used this for storing my bag. Was easy to find the storage, which is located inside of a store. You need to scan a QR code to book the storage, then show it to the employee inside. Price was EUR6.5 for the day, even though I only used it for a couple of hours. There was a cheaper option at the Praterstern train station (EUR 3), which was out of service at the time. Service was good, only giving 4 stars cause there are cheaper options available.
