Luggage storage Atocha Area

The price was reasonable. Both dropping off and picking up my luggage were very smooth.

Easy to drop off and pick up luggage. The construction work slightly obstructs the view, but it's a great place for those making train connections at Atocha.

Easy delivery, extended hours, even on holidays (Labor Day), since other places close very early. They also sell water, chargers, and other items.

This appears to be the closest luggage storage facility to Atocha Station. Their service is excellent, and I would recommend it.

A little hard to find with all the roadworks occuring. It is on the opposite side of the street from the station, behind some of the roadworks. Once located, the staff were efficient when leaving the case and when collrcting the case.

all very good, just a bit unfortunate that the roadworks make the walk to the station slighly longer (still <10 min and very doable). The girl that assisted us was nice and quick.

Everything was very quick and easy. I made the reservation the day before, showed the QR code, and that was it! To pick it up, I showed the same QR code, and that was all. The tobacconist where I left it was great, no complaints at all. I'd definitely do it again.

It's a bit tricky to get there because of the roadworks, and Maps sent me on a huge detour even though there's a direct route on the same street. The service is average, not particularly friendly. I'm Mexican, and we're used to being much friendlier to tourists, and in general, that's not the case in Spain. However, I can say that it's a reliable place to store your belongings.

Service at shop was excellent. Bit difficult to get to due to ongoing works. If ore Google maps and turn left not right when you leave the station 😁

Everything went perfectly. The staff member was friendly both when I dropped off and when I picked up my bags. The process was straightforward. The bags are stored out of reach at the back.

The place is a 5-minute walk from Atocha station. The person who served us was very friendly. Recommended.

The store was under construction in front, making it a bit inconvenient to get to from Atocha Station. However, the staff were extremely friendly and showed me how to follow the steps step by step, which gave me confidence. The large sign also made it easy to find. I would recommend it to others.

This is the first time I've used a luggage storage facility on my trip to Madrid, and I chose a location near Atocha station, a maximum of a 5-minute walk. I left two 23kg suitcases, and it was incredibly quick to both drop them off and pick them up—just a couple of minutes. The staff were super friendly.

Very centrally located opposite Atocha station, it's ideal because they open early and close late.
