I had gone shopping after coming into the city earlier in the day and had a bag of things I purchased. I had a show at radio city music hall & they don’t have a bag check. They gave me a number and locked it up and I came back after the show and picked it up. Very smooth.

Rockefeller PlazaGoogle Maps - The location is fantastic - between Penn Station and Time Square. The bakery sells some amazing food and the staff is very friendly. When you drop off your bags there is no check-in process or tags given. You take the bags yourself to the back storage room and drop it off. They let you know right off the bat that they are not responsible for any and all missing things and if there is an issue to contact Bounce directly. That part made us a little nervous but everything was still there 6 hours later. Good all around but just wish the check-in/out process was a bit more stringent.
