Super easy to drop off and pick up my luggage. It seemed a little odd at first as I was walking into a workout gym. But they had my name and they were ready for my luggage. Very convenient location to downtown Vancouver.

Entrance "difficult" to find if you don't know it. Just up the stairs. The team was super nice! Everything worked perfectly!

We had problems with our Airb&b reservaciones and Bounce saved us from carrying our luggage back and forth.

It is next to the Fairmont Hotel. It is a bit difficult to find because there is no bounce sign, and you have to climb the stairs at the entrance. However, they are friendly and handle business quickly. You can take the Stanley Park bus. Luggage storage is until 5pm, but it was okay to store it for a short period of time.

Like the experience of dropping off my bags at studeo in vancouver they took good care of my bags

Really easy experience! Staff were very kind and friendly to help us get our bags sorted and gave us water and the washroom before we explored. The studio is up stairs from the street so be prepared to lift your bags!

Bounce is a really helpful service. In terms of this location, do note that it's located at Studeo Fitness gym. There's a flight of stairs up and you have to carry your bags/luggage to the reception which is a real work out! (There's a lift, but it's located at the end of the gym. If your luggage is heavy, ask the staff for help.) The gym staff are nice and helpful!
