Super helpful staff and I felt my luggage was safe so had an stress-free last day in town.

it was a breeze to drop off and pick up. the store owner was friendly and bags were stored away. the place opens until fairly late.

Close to Canada place. Convenient location. Steps to get up into the shop so harder to get big bags up if you have mobility/strength problems. Can’t see exactly where the bags are stored. Just in the back of the shop in a room behind the counter. Everything was as we left it! Would recommend.

The people working there were very friendly. The bags felt securely left. Being a "vape" shop I was concerned about there being a smell but I was pleasurably impressed how clean it was. Not smoky at all. Would use them again and would recommend to others to use them too.

The process was quick and easy. I showed my QR code handed them my bags and left. When I came back, it took less than 2 minutes to get my bags. The staff was also very friendly. Using their service was a great experience.
