  • It was difficult to find out the address without actually making a booking. I wanted to see where it was located and how easy it would be to access, before making a booking. I visited the site and after having climbed the stairs at the Studeo entrance, was told there was an elevator at 847 to the 2nd floor, via the gymnasium area. Staff were very helpful and I would highly recommend their service.

  • What a great experience! All the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Would definitely use the service at this location again. Also if anyone is curious a drop in fee is only $25 for the gym and it looks like a great facility.

  • In a gym up a short flight of stairs, but very secure and super helpful staff. Happy for us to pop back and collect/return items to our bags and let us use their toilet before we picked up our bags and headed for the airport.

  • Super easy to drop off and pick up my luggage. It seemed a little odd at first as I was walking into a workout gym. But they had my name and they were ready for my luggage. Very convenient location to downtown Vancouver.

  • The entrance is "difficult" to find if you don't know where it is. Just go up the stairs. The team was super nice! Everything worked perfectly!

  • It is next to the Fairmont Hotel. It is a bit difficult to find because there is no bounce sign, and you have to climb the stairs at the entrance. However, they are friendly and handle business quickly. You can take the Stanley Park bus. Luggage storage is until 5pm, but it was okay to store it for a short period of time.
