Easy check in and check out. In case anyone struggles to find it - it is the antiques market shop. You go in the shop, say you're there for bounce, they scan your code and take your bags to a room and then you collect at your collection time. Very easy to use and would use again.

Easy drop off. Easy collection in the vicinity of Tacoma airport. Left the baggage for almost a week and collected in the same state. At the same time, I was able to have an Ethiopian meal in the same location.

- Very easy to book through the Bounce app. Location is very close to Pike Place Market (but uphill, so might be a bit tricky moving heavier suitcases to leave there). Staff were friendly and it was very easy to store and collect luggage. Easy to find too as the shop is full of purple!

- Everything went smoothly with drop off and pick up. They give you a tag and they put it in the back room. I did not realize it is in a liquor/convenience store until the address is provided. It's about a 10 minute walk uphill from the pier. So it's not as conveniently located but it had better hours than some of the other storage units. I was able to drop my carryon from 10 to 7 on a Sunday for $8 per bag so that's really good. I just had to uber back to Pike Place when I dropped it, then back to the bag, then to the train station so location isn't the most convenient. However it spared me from having to lug the bag around town for which I am grateful.

- Perfect location for this perfect service. We had about a half day to spend before our flight so we left our bags at the Hyatt House and went to the Children’s Museum and lunch before hopping on the Monorail to the airport. We were able to quickly drop off and pick up bags, making the most of our last day in Seattle!
