- They had a secure locked room with plenty of space for luggage, and provided tags for each bag along with a detachable section for each tag to keep with you, which matched the numbers on the tags so you could verify that the luggage belonged to you when you returned for them. They advised me to take a picture of the detached portions in case they were accidentally lost somehow. I was extremely impressed by the security, and loved how close it was to the Santa Monica Pier where my husband and I visited while we waited for our LAX flight. It was so nice to explore the city without bringing along our heavy luggage. I felt extremely safe leaving my bags with this place. Especially impressed since it was my first time trying out luggage storage.
