So easy, thank goodness they were around. Easy shuttle to come to the airport and close by. Easy drop off in storage room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Picked up bags quickly and jumped on the return shuttle to the airport. Easy save for my family of four to store bags for the day and explore the city.

I had a great experience using Bounce. The recommendation came from the host of the Airbnb where I first stayed, and it turned out to be an amazing tip. I didn’t even know a service like this existed! I found a Bounce location conveniently located right across from the hotel where I was staying, close to the airport in Los Angeles, which made everything work perfectly. Drop-off was quick and smooth, and picking up my luggage was just as easy. Everything worked flawlessly from start to finish. Truly a 10/10 experience. I would absolutely recommend Bounce to anyone needing safe and convenient luggage storage.

I recommend this to Koreans! It's the closest to LAX Airport, so it seems like a good place to leave your luggage for a while! As of February 2026, it cost about $28 from the LAX Airport pickup zone. Uber is expensive, so I'd say that, but the luggage storage fee is incredibly cheap. ㅎㅎ I left my luggage there from 10 AM to 5 PM and it only cost about $10! The staff were friendly and the storage space looked safe. ㅎㅎ It's even closer to an In-N-Out, so I recommend it!

Seamless experience! Very happy with our decision of leaving our bags here while we travelled as a family of 5 to other states. It was much more cost effective as we didn’t need the big bags where we went. Staff were friendly & super helpful. Highly recommend!

Drop off and pick up was very smooth. I like that this place is open 24 hours for this service (others close around 6 pm). I also like that you could use the free shuttle bus to LAX.
