Bounce is great! Just what we needed. Our party of five people wanted to use our last day in Los Angeles to visit the LA County Museum of Art and the La Brea Tar pits. Chrispy’s barbershop on Fairfax, which was about a block away from the LA County Museum was a perfect spot. We spent most of the day in the museum and came back to the barbershop about half an hour before we needed to get to the airport to pick up our luggage that we left there earlier. Great concept and the barbershop folks were A+ +.

Good experience storing luggage here for a couple of hours while I was waiting on a train at Union station.

I had a good experience keeping my luggage here for a couple of hours. It’s across the street from Union station close to the central rotunda. I went up to an employee to ask about the bounce luggage and they helped me check in.

If you need to go around without carrying your bags, don’t hesitate. LA is overall very expensive but this service is a value investment. Nice and friendly staff add to the good experience

The staff were super friendly. The restaurant was very easy to find. My luggage was totally safe. They even let me pick it up at 5:30 p.m. when the had closed at 5:00 p.m. to accommodate the theater production I had gone to that ran over time. Excellent service!

Great experience! I was looking for a way to take my daughter to Little Tokyo while we were in LA waiting for a flight out of town. From Union Station, we walked about 15 minutes to the Bounce location we had reserved earlier. We were able to leave our bags in a secure location, travel around Little Tokyo and neighboring areas bag-free, and return to find everything as we left it. It made our day out a ton easier knowing that we didn’t have to cart our bags around all day. When the need arises again, you’ll be my go-to service.

A great service -easy to use ! A life saver

The shop is located along a main street! The parking period is a bit short as you can only leave your child there during business hours, but it's only a 3-minute walk to In-N-Out Burger, so it's very convenient.

Super convenient! I left a suitcase with the Bounce location near Union Station in Los Angeles for a few hours while I checked out the Olvera Street area. This particular Bounce location is in a restaurant. I had supper there and then picked up my luggage.

Closed location to drop your bags. And has a shuttle to the airport. I did not see the shuttle from the airport to the storage, but you need to ask in the app by message.
