  • Straightforward and easy, getting there involves a hill, but that means coming back to the station is downhill at the end of the day lol

  • The location is about a 15-20 minute walk from LAX-IT (Uber station). However, it's an unmanned store, so you have to communicate by phone in English. The person on the other end speaks quite slowly, so you should be able to manage even if you only speak a little English. Just tell them the name you used for your reservation. You put your belongings in the locker yourself and take the key with you.

  • Great experience Close to the airport even have the shuttle here The only thing is that it really takes me a lot of time to find the exact spot, so asking for staff in the building is advised

  • Great experience! I was looking for a way to take my daughter to Little Tokyo while we were in LA waiting for a flight out of town. From Union Station, we walked about 15 minutes to the Bounce location we had reserved earlier. We were able to leave our bags in a secure location, travel around Little Tokyo and neighboring areas bag-free, and return to find everything as we left it. It made our day out a ton easier knowing that we didn’t have to cart our bags around all day. When the need arises again, you’ll be my go-to service.

  • It was great! Fast service and the bus stop for the bus (lines 74 & 76) heading to Union Station to (catch the Flyaway bus to LAX afterwards) was just across the street. Highly recommended!

  • Installing the app was quite difficult, and I almost gave up. The location isn't far from Union Station, especially when exiting from the east exit; a staff member suggested I take the Dash D bus, which would have been much more convenient. Upon arrival at the drop-off point, the owner also provided directions from Otokyo Station. Unfortunately, this helpful information wasn't included in the app. This was my first time trying to store my luggage, and the process was smoother and easier than I expected.

  • The storage process went smoothly overall, although the location was a bit hard to find; it was inside a building with no obvious signs. Customer service was excellent, responding promptly and helping me find it quickly.

  • Pictures on the listing make it easier to find than maybe it was in the past, judging by previous reviews. Drop off and pick up was easy and smooth with helpful staff. Luggage was stored in a shared hostel-type space, which was not a concern for me, but weigh that for yourself if you are carrying anything of value. If you're traveling via Union Station, it was a relatively easy half-mile walk, but through a somewhat isolated area with primarily warehouses next to the highway, so consider if you feel safe in that setting.

Luggage storage near Union Station for exploring downtown LA

Recommended for: tourists, event attendees.

So you just hopped off the train at Union Station and your hotel check-in isn't for a few hours. Dragging your suitcase down Olvera Street or through Chinatown? Not the best move. Union Station sits right in the middle of some of the most walkable spots in LA. Olvera Street is literally a three-minute walk, and you can browse the handcrafted goods and grab tacos without bumping into everyone with your rolling bag. Bounce has handled over 3,200 bags in this area, so travelers clearly figured out the trick. The Los Angeles Union Station location is open on Sundays, too, which is helpful if you're catching a weekend game at Crypto.com Arena or hitting up LA Live. Drop your stuff, walk around, and come back when you're ready. Prices start from $2.25, and honestly, that's way easier than carrying a suitcase on the Metro to Hollywood.

Where to leave bags during business meetings in downtown Los Angeles

Recommended for: business travelers, digital nomads, commuters.

If you're coming into Union Station for a day of meetings in the Financial District, the last thing you want is to show up to a client's office rolling a carry on behind you. Not professional. Not practical. There's a Bounce location right at Los Angeles Union Station with a 4.8 rating from 380+ reviews. That kind of feedback matters when you're leaving work samples or presentation materials. Quick drop off, quick pickup. The station connects to Metrolink, Amtrak, and multiple Metro lines, so whether you're heading to LAX via FlyAway or catching the train back home, your bags are waiting right where you left them. Each booking includes $10,000 protection. For consultants and salespeople bouncing between downtown offices, this is the kind of setup that actually works.

Bag storage options near Little Tokyo and the Arts District

Recommended for: digital nomads, tourists, remote workers.

Little Tokyo is one of those neighborhoods where you want to wander. Ramen spots, the Japanese American National Museum, galleries in the Arts District. Not exactly the vibe when you're lugging a backpack stuffed with your laptop and gym gear. The Los Angeles Union Station spot is a short walk from the Little Tokyo/Arts District Metro station. If you're between Airbnb checkouts or working remotely from a cafe nearby, leaving your bags here makes sense. Over 1,500 reservations have been made at this location, so it's clearly a go-to for folks moving light through the area. Bounce is trusted by 2,000,000 customers worldwide. If you're freelancing from a coffee shop on 1st Street or just exploring the murals in the Arts District, stash your stuff and move freely.
