Bounce is great! Just what we needed. Our party of five people wanted to use our last day in Los Angeles to visit the LA County Museum of Art and the La Brea Tar pits. Chrispy’s barbershop on Fairfax, which was about a block away from the LA County Museum was a perfect spot. We spent most of the day in the museum and came back to the barbershop about half an hour before we needed to get to the airport to pick up our luggage that we left there earlier. Great concept and the barbershop folks were A+ +.

Good experience storing luggage here for a couple of hours while I was waiting on a train at Union station.

I had a good experience keeping my luggage here for a couple of hours. It’s across the street from Union station close to the central rotunda. I went up to an employee to ask about the bounce luggage and they helped me check in.

If you need to go around without carrying your bags, don’t hesitate. LA is overall very expensive but this service is a value investment. Nice and friendly staff add to the good experience

The staff were super friendly. The restaurant was very easy to find. My luggage was totally safe. They even let me pick it up at 5:30 p.m. when the had closed at 5:00 p.m. to accommodate the theater production I had gone to that ran over time. Excellent service!

Great experience! I was looking for a way to take my daughter to Little Tokyo while we were in LA waiting for a flight out of town. From Union Station, we walked about 15 minutes to the Bounce location we had reserved earlier. We were able to leave our bags in a secure location, travel around Little Tokyo and neighboring areas bag-free, and return to find everything as we left it. It made our day out a ton easier knowing that we didn’t have to cart our bags around all day. When the need arises again, you’ll be my go-to service.

It was great! Fast service and the bus stop for the bus (lines 74 & 76) heading to Union Station to (catch the Flyaway bus to LAX afterwards) was just across the street. Highly recommended!

Signage on door helped confirm location. Staff was very friendly and drop-off and pick up went smoothly. Very convenient location in Little Tokyo and I felt confident that my belongings were secured.

Installing the app was quite difficult, and I almost gave up. The location isn't far from Union Station, especially when exiting from the east exit; a staff member suggested I take the Dash D bus, which would have been much more convenient. Upon arrival at the drop-off point, the owner also provided directions from Otokyo Station. Unfortunately, this helpful information wasn't included in the app. This was my first time trying to store my luggage, and the process was smoother and easier than I expected.

The storage process went smoothly overall, although the location was a bit hard to find; it was inside a building with no obvious signs. Customer service was excellent, responding promptly and helping me find it quickly.

Pictures on the listing make it easier to find than maybe it was in the past, judging by previous reviews. Drop off and pick up was easy and smooth with helpful staff. Luggage was stored in a shared hostel-type space, which was not a concern for me, but weigh that for yourself if you are carrying anything of value. If you're traveling via Union Station, it was a relatively easy half-mile walk, but through a somewhat isolated area with primarily warehouses next to the highway, so consider if you feel safe in that setting.

yes it is the gated black door! conveniently close enough to union station. Left my bag overnight and had a good end result

It was simple and easy. The worker was really nice and friendly. Great place especially for late hours. Don't hesitate if it looks like it not the right place it is, just ring the doorbell & help will be on the way. * For solo traveler it's 6 mins walk from the metro just straight down.

Kept the bags tucked in the back, very friendly and helpful. Given the business of this location, there are a lot of boxes, but the place seemed clean, a careful chaos, and I felt like my bags were secure. The guy who checked us in was the same guy who returned our bags to us, and he was very nice. He also made certain we understood the instructions (in a kind and caring sort of way, not patronising): save the paper with the codes for my luggage, come back before closing at 7 pm, or the doors will be locked and we'll probably be charged for the extension, etc. It seems like this location stores luggage via bounce often, cause he knew exactly what I was there for and what to do next the minute I rolled up with my luggage. I would definitely store my luggage here again
