  • I had a great experience using this luggage storage near UCLA. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful — they greeted me with a smile, explained the options clearly, solved all the issues and even gave local tips about the area. It felt very personal and welcoming, as if they genuinely wanted to make my day easier. One thing that stood out is that luggage storage isn’t their main business; they offer other services and activities on site. That made the place feel lively and useful beyond just dropping off bags. The process was quick and secure, and the price was fair for the convenience. If you need a friendly, reliable spot to leave your luggage near UCLA, I’d recommend this place.

  • Easy to park out front to transfer items to the store. This is a partner location, a shipping store. They have staff on site to take over the bags and keep deep inside the office. Friendly, and handled the bags with care.

  • Pictures on the listing make it easier to find than maybe it was in the past, judging by previous reviews. Drop off and pick up was easy and smooth with helpful staff. Luggage was stored in a shared hostel-type space, which was not a concern for me, but weigh that for yourself if you are carrying anything of value. If you're traveling via Union Station, it was a relatively easy half-mile walk, but through a somewhat isolated area with primarily warehouses next to the highway, so consider if you feel safe in that setting.

  • It was simple and easy. The worker was really nice and friendly. Great place especially for late hours. Don't hesitate if it looks like it not the right place it is, just ring the doorbell & help will be on the way. * For solo traveler it's 6 mins walk from the metro just straight down.

  • Even though the place was not so easy to find and was not what we expected at all and we were a little shocked that it is kind of a hostel?, our bags and everything in them were secured and as good as we left them for the hours we needed. The person in charge was very kind and helpful.

  • Kept the bags tucked in the back, very friendly and helpful. Given the business of this location, there are a lot of boxes, but the place seemed clean, a careful chaos, and I felt like my bags were secure. The guy who checked us in was the same guy who returned our bags to us, and he was very nice. He also made certain we understood the instructions (in a kind and caring sort of way, not patronising): save the paper with the codes for my luggage, come back before closing at 7 pm, or the doors will be locked and we'll probably be charged for the extension, etc. It seems like this location stores luggage via bounce often, cause he knew exactly what I was there for and what to do next the minute I rolled up with my luggage. I would definitely store my luggage here again

Luggage storage near Union Station for exploring downtown LA

Recommended for: tourists, event attendees.

So you just hopped off the train at Union Station and your hotel check-in isn't for a few hours. Dragging your suitcase down Olvera Street or through Chinatown? Not the best move. Union Station sits right in the middle of some of the most walkable spots in LA. Olvera Street is literally a three-minute walk, and you can browse the handcrafted goods and grab tacos without bumping into everyone with your rolling bag. Bounce has handled over 3,200 bags in this area, so travelers clearly figured out the trick. The Los Angeles Union Station location is open on Sundays, too, which is helpful if you're catching a weekend game at Crypto.com Arena or hitting up LA Live. Drop your stuff, walk around, and come back when you're ready. Prices start from $2.25, and honestly, that's way easier than carrying a suitcase on the Metro to Hollywood.

Where to leave bags during business meetings in downtown Los Angeles

Recommended for: business travelers, digital nomads, commuters.

If you're coming into Union Station for a day of meetings in the Financial District, the last thing you want is to show up to a client's office rolling a carry on behind you. Not professional. Not practical. There's a Bounce location right at Los Angeles Union Station with a 4.8 rating from 380+ reviews. That kind of feedback matters when you're leaving work samples or presentation materials. Quick drop off, quick pickup. The station connects to Metrolink, Amtrak, and multiple Metro lines, so whether you're heading to LAX via FlyAway or catching the train back home, your bags are waiting right where you left them. Each booking includes $10,000 protection. For consultants and salespeople bouncing between downtown offices, this is the kind of setup that actually works.

Bag storage options near Little Tokyo and the Arts District

Recommended for: digital nomads, tourists, remote workers.

Little Tokyo is one of those neighborhoods where you want to wander. Ramen spots, the Japanese American National Museum, galleries in the Arts District. Not exactly the vibe when you're lugging a backpack stuffed with your laptop and gym gear. The Los Angeles Union Station spot is a short walk from the Little Tokyo/Arts District Metro station. If you're between Airbnb checkouts or working remotely from a cafe nearby, leaving your bags here makes sense. Over 1,500 reservations have been made at this location, so it's clearly a go-to for folks moving light through the area. Bounce is trusted by 2,000,000 customers worldwide. If you're freelancing from a coffee shop on 1st Street or just exploring the murals in the Arts District, stash your stuff and move freely.
