Drop off and pick up were completely fast and easy. Staff was knowledgable and pleasant.

Very helpful and cool folks, thank you for looking after our suitcases. The location is about 12minutes walk away from the nearby museums (i.e County Arts museum, Academy museum etc.), so is required to walk two blocks but it is nevertheless at a convenient location.

Excellent service! Perfect location, just steps away from the Academy Museum. The drop-off and pick-up process was super fast and friendly. My bags felt completely safe the entire time. Location is excellent if you’re visiting the museums in that area. I had an evening flight so decided to drop bags there for a few hours and visited a nearby museum to kill some time before heading to the airport. The staff were warm, welcoming and super friendly and my bags were safe, having been placed in the back office. Excellent choice.

Bounce is great! Just what we needed. Our party of five people wanted to use our last day in Los Angeles to visit the LA County Museum of Art and the La Brea Tar pits. Crispy’s barbershop on Fairfax, which was about a block away from the LA County Museum was a perfect spot. We spent most of the day in the museum and came back to the barbershop about half an hour before we needed to get to the airport to pick up our luggage that we left there earlier. Great concept and the barbershop folks were A+ +. I didn't worry that our bags were anything but secure.

Everything was fantastic along with the communication and the simplicity of the whole process and as a whole bounce was very convenient and fully recommend anybody who has to leave luggage because it is a great service which still allows you to enjoy your last few hours at any destination, whether you’re on a business trip or a holiday like I was. Thank you and totally recommend.

A bit more expensive than the other options nearby, but we liked knowing that we were storing at a very well established business, especially as this was our first time storing bags with Bounce. When we walked in, there was a short line for more typical UPS store transactions; one of the employees saw us and said to her coworker "Bounce", so they weren't surprised at all. Picking up was just as easy. It was nice to have this as an option visiting some of the museums before heading to our hotel from the airport as it saved us a lot of backtracking.

Drop off and pick up were very easy. Employee was polite and helpful. Our things were secure and remained untouched while there.
