very quick process

Being across the street from the LA Convention Center the location couldn’t be better. Perfect for storing your stuff while you go to a conference before you can check into your hotel/wherever you’re staying. The stuff was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Nice people working there that I felt comfortable leaving my stuff with. Store isn’t huge but for one person looking to leave one or two pieces of luggage and go to a convention or something across the street, it’s perfect!

Great convenient location to the LA Convention Center

Easy drop off and pick up. We used this storage service for an extended period while we continued our travels. Our property was looked after whilst we travelled a little lighter. Pick-up was seamless!

Easy drop off/pick up, very friendly staff and open late for the convention. For Sunday’s drop off, the store opened around 10:25 am and the hours on the app said 10 am, so was waiting for about half an hour for store to open. Updating the hours on the app would help with knowing when drop off starts.

Drop off in a store no lockers, but they place them in a storage, no customers can get to.

Experience is good, convenient service, great location.

Used this same store as last year to hold my bags and had an excellent experience again. Check in and check out was extremely easy and quick! Staff, as always, was friendly and kind.
