Luggage storage Near GRAMMY Museum

Would give 6 stars if I could. This was the closest location to a concert we were attending at Crypto.com Arena. We used this location for Saturday and Sunday night. The attendants were incredibly friendly and helpful. They kept our large shopping totes secure until we were able to pick them up later that night and even offered to store them until the next morning if necessary. The storefront looks a little sketchy, but inside was nice and clean and well-lit. The attendants names were Angel and Lena, I think. I'm sorry if I got the names wrong, but they deserve a raise for the great job they do! Worth every penny! Would definitely use again.

Had a 11/10 experience here! We were attending a concert just down the block and Leo's was the closet Bounce to store our shopping bags. They went out of their way to keep our stuff secure until we were able to pick it up later that night. I believe the attendants were named Lena and Carlos? It was a while back so I'm sorry if I got the names wrong. Please give these people a raise for being so hospitable and helpful!

Easy to book and pretty straight forward. The guys at the shop are friendly and nice as well.

Super efficient and friendly staff

Wonderful safe and good location! Friendly and helpful staff.

Awesome place, my go to storage during concerts and I’m definitely coming back again

Quick and easy pick up and drop off process . Staff was super friendly. Would definitely book again, location is in a convenient area :)

Quick and easy drop off.

staff were friendly and hours were great! :)

Drop off and pick up was easy. Not difficult at all, but the site did confuse me. If there was a sign showing the site was specifically a Bounce location then I apologize. Owners were kind about the whole process too! I could tell it was a more local, almost family-run location.

Friendly people, organized, and kept our bags safe

It’s safe and effective! The guy there was really nice

Super fast service, friendly, very easy

Fast Service and Friendly Staff!

Easy, fair, well fitted for travellers and perfect for stopover enthusiasts.

Friendly and easy drop off.

Quick and easy drop off and pick up. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Easy drop off and pick up. We used this storage service for an extended period while we continued our travels. Our property was looked after whilst we travelled a little lighter. Pick-up was seamless!

Drop off in a store no lockers, but they place them in a storage, no customers can get to.

Experience is good, convenient service, great location.

Super easy peocess, no issues at all

Easy drop off/pick up, very friendly staff and open late for the convention. For Sunday’s drop off, the store opened around 10:25 am and the hours on the app said 10 am, so was waiting for about half an hour for store to open. Updating the hours on the app would help with knowing when drop off starts.
