They advised me to take a picture of the detached portions in case they were accidentally lost somehow. I was extremely impressed by the security, and loved how close it was to the Santa Monica Pier where my husband and I visited while we waited for our LAX flight. It was so nice to explore the city without bringing along our heavy luggage. I felt extremely safe leaving my bags with this place. Especially impressed since it was my first time trying out luggage storage.
