Luggage storage 2nd Street & Broadway

The experience was seamless, from a very simple booking without having to put in 1000 points of identification, download apps and set passwords, simple payID and place where I left my luggage had a secured room. Honestly was one of my best experiences with a new business like this that I have used. Highly recommended and will share with Friends and family.

Easy process and great people

The whole booking and storage process was easy and smooth.

They had a secure locked room with plenty of space for luggage, and provided tags for each bag along with a detachable section for each tag to keep with you, which matched the numbers on the tags so you could verify that the luggage belonged to you when you returned for them. They advised me to take a picture of the detached portions in case they were accidentally lost somehow. I was extremely impressed by the security, and loved how close it was to the Santa Monica Pier where my husband and I visited while we waited for our LAX flight. It was so nice to explore the city without bringing along our heavy luggage. I felt extremely safe leaving my bags with this place. Especially impressed since it was my first time trying out luggage storage.

The staff were kind both when I dropped off and picked up my luggage, which put my mind at ease. The location is great as it is on Santa Monica 2nd Street, a busy area, and you can park right in front of the hostel to load your luggage. You leave your suitcase in the hostel room and lock it with a key. It also seemed safer because of the security.

Everything was great, the location was very comfortable, and parking was available in front of the entrance. Everything was close by. Suitcases were kept in a special, locked room, under surveillance. I highly recommend them.

The front desk staff was very attentive and helpful. I reserved our luggage storage online, showed the staff my receipt, and she guided us to leave our luggage in the locked room and I saw her lock the roll before we left, which was so nice. It was so nice to walk around Santa Monica without having to bring our suitcases. It was such a nice drive and a great location!
