First experience with Bounce and the staff was absolutely incredible. The storage area feels very safe. I had about 7 hours in between flights and decided to hit Venice beach for the first time; I was given suggestions for amazing food and a quick overview of where things are. 10/10

This was our first time using a luggage storage service. To be honest, the whole thing seemed a little dodgy given that you had to check in at a local snack shop and then the luggage was stored around the corner in like a lean-to shed from an adjacent trinket shop. All was fine in the end, but my 21 year old daughter was nervous and decided to keep her roller bag with her while we looked around the area. We were a family of 4 on our way to Thailand with a layover and she was just very nervous. However, the place is obviously legit!

Although the pickup was a little late, they were very kind and made my trip a wonderful one. Thank you. If I need to leave my luggage in the Santa Monica area again, I'd like to use your service again.

Easy to use the service, close to my rental, but when picking up the guy did not check my ticket and just let me take the bag I said was mine. I was in a rush and didn't think about it at the time.

Very convenient! Su Casa reception desk is down the alley on the right hand side of the Fig Tree restaurant, just a few metres from Ocean Front Walk.
